Well I talked Daddy into letting you play t-ball this year. His last words were "this is going to be a train wreck." Well that about described your first practice! ;) You had fun though! When we got there, Chad Edwards, the coach, tried to get y'all to stretch! You didn't want to have any part of this. You just wanted the ball!!! Hopefully, next practice will be a little bit more productive!!!
The team!!! Love all the attire!
You did not want to sit on this white line with Caroline, Hank and Ava! You just wanted to run and pick up all the balls!!!
Hitting the ball with a little help from Daddy...
I posted one of these pictures on Facebook and I have to put the comment in here that Chad put under the picture, because I want you to read it too!!!
"It's always a train wreck. We basically give 3 and 4 year olds weapons. Besides, I think her sport is going to be football. Pretty much if you hand her a football, the other team won't be getting it back, and they won't be able to catch her to take it from her. Does she still have my tennis ball! If she does, I'll come get it when she's asleep, that's the only way I can catch her."
Too funny!!! You are so quick and I think Chad describes you to a "tee."
Julz was here keeping you while Mommy worked so she got to go to your first practice. You left early with Julz because it was so cold!
The variety of outfits cracked me up when I saw the t-ball practice pictures! It like everyone was showing up for a different event!
ReplyDeleteHow cute is this?! She is going to love it. I started out at t-ball and I remember a little girl on my team... the coach was saying "run home" --to the home plate and she ran out the fence and headed for the parking lot. Hopefully that won't happen. She will do great!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE it!! So funny! Can't wait to see how the rest of the practices & games go! :)
