You did bat a few times, but still did not want to run to first base. So you got a little help from the coach!!!
You are definitely my child because this is what you would prefer to do rather than actually playing the game! Cheering on your team from the sidelines while drinking a nice big ice cold diet coke! I think next year you will be a cheerleader unless you suddenly spark up an increased interest in ball!
After the game, we went with the team to Mazzio's to have a little award ceremony! This was definitely your favorite part of the whole season! You were SO EXCITED to get your trophy!
Everybody was excited to get a trophy!
And Mommy was super proud of you!!!
Even when we left Mazzio's, you would not let go of your trophy! You may not understand the game yet and the practices and games may have been a little lot stressful for me, but the smile and excitement on your face made the season worth it! We love you so much and are super proud of all the new things that you are working so hard to accomplish each day! And I have to show you one more picture of just how proud you were of your trophy....
I'm not sure exactly when you decided to let go of it, but it is now proudly displayed on your bookshelf where I am sure lots more are to follow - maybe just not for t-ball!!! :)
Love, love the picture of you and Raylin at her awards ceremony! Such a sweet sweet smile!
ReplyDeleteThat is the sweetest picture of you and Raylin. I think that might be one of my favorites! So cute and so proud of that sweet girl! So excited that she got a trophy. :)
