Ridgeland KidFest 2011

On Mama and Daddy's anniversary, we took you to Ridgeland KidFest to meet Dora and Diego!  As soon as we got there,  Dora and Diego decided to take their naps so we visited the carnival first!  You immediately saw the ponies and wanted to ride (after you threw your little fit because Dora and Diego were napping!)

After your pony ride, we went straight to the carousel!

While you and Daddy were on the carousel, I stood in line for the whale ride!  You loved it just as much this year as you did last year as you can see by the smiles on your face!  After every ride, you signed "more."

We decided to try the swings and you were tall enough so Daddy and I both rode with you!  That was a mistake!!!  I got so sick on the swings.  I could barely get up when they finally stopped!  UGH!!!  Not my kind of ride, but you LOVED them!!!

After the swings, it was time for the Italian circus!  You sat through the entire circus and really enjoyed it!  Of course, it probably helped that you had popcorn and lemonade!!!
When we left the circus, you rode alll the rides one more time and I rode the train with you.  Then it was finally time to meet Dora and Diego!

Hank and MK's bunny

Hank and Millie Kate got a bunny before Easter and we went over to play with it one afternoon!  You were so excited when you saw it!  You held, kissed, squeezed and loved on it until we made you put him down!!!  And of course, Andrea and I took some pictures!

First T-Ball Game

You had a great time playing in your first t-ball game!  I loved when I put your uniform on and told you to go look in the mirror!  This was your reaction!!! 

I think you were so surprised to be dressed like that!  Of course, we have been working on your "surprise face" for a few weeks!!!  I think you have it mastered! :)
We saw Caroline as soon as we got to the park and had to take a few pictures!  I can't believe I got one of both of you smiling!  Y'all must be growing up!

Shortly after, your cheering squad arrived!

I think you were a little bit excited to see Staci, Christine and Blaine!!!

And now time for the game....
You didn't want to stay in the dugout and wait your turn to bat.  That was a challenge for me to keep you in there.  Then when you did bat, you hit the ball, and then took off running all over the field.  And guess who got to chase you - MAMA!!! 

Even Coach Chad got to chase you a few times when you got away from him in the outfield!

Overall, I think the game was a success!  You had fun and that is all that matters!  I think this little cutie had your attention most of the time!!!  We love Blaine!!!

First game down, many more to go!!!  As long as you are having fun, we will go!!!

Happy 1st Birthday Millie Kate!

After your t-ball game, we went to eat at Corner Bakery with Christine, Blaine and Staci.  Then we rushed home and changed clothes to go to Millie Kate's Lollipop Birthday!  Ea had everything decorated so cute!  We had so much fun!  Happy Birthday MK!  We love you so much!!!!

After MK's birthday party, we met Ames and Caroline and went to Daddy's tournament weigh in.  We had such a fun, busy day!!!
